Founded in 1999, Emeishan Health Fungus Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise with qualifications of legal person pursuant to the law, which has independent import & export right and passed the ISO9000 Attestation of Quality Control System. With a registered capital of RMB 2 million Yuan invested by 20 natural persons, the company has been mainly engaged in edible fungus business integrating of planting, processing and trading, especially the agaricus bisporus. Taking up an area of 35.5 mu, the company has a total asset of 13.48 million Yuan, net assets of 8.56 million Yuan, liability asset rate 36.5%, and possessed eight management personnel and 20 fixed employees. Its main products include salted mushroom, pickling mushroom, fungus seed and bacterial manure, among which salted (pickling) mushrooms have passed the certification for pollution-free products of the state Ministry of Agricultural, and 80% products have been exported to Italy, Holland, Japan, Canada and America, etc. Now the company has possessed the capability to product one million bottles of fungus seed, 1000T bacterial manure and to achieve a processing capability of 4000T fresh mushrooms. The company’s developmental plan is to increase some new products, such as canned mushroom, dried mushroom and fresh vegetables to achieve an annual output of 10000T mushroom products and10000T fresh vegetables.
Technology and industrial situation: Having the independent patent of invention for many products, the Company has been appraised as Sichuan Provincial Hi-tech Enterprise, Little Giant Enterprise, Leshan Municipal Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization, and be granted the honorable title of Leading Enterprise Of The National Edible Fungus Industry and Double-Ten Perfects Leading Enterprise of Sichuan Provincial Edible Fungus Industry.
Situation on Raw Material Base: The Company has proceeded with establishing a raw material base, provided the farmers with technology, fungus seeds and bacterial manure, reclaimed mushrooms planted by the farmers, and sold to the market through processing. The Mushroom Planting Base established by the company has been acknowledged as a non-environmental pollution base, mainly distributed in 10 counties of Leshan and Meishan city, with a planted area of 100 to 200ha. and total fresh mushroom output of 30000 to 50000T, where is a most important mushroom base in south Sichuan, occupying one third of the provincial mushroom base, meanwhile, a most important vegetables base with a normal planted area of 30000ha..
Geologic, Traffic and Energy Conditions: The company located in E’mershan City, southwest of Sichuan, where is a tourism city with wonderful scenery and total population of 4.3 million and area of 1183 sq.km.. A mild climate in agricultural planting area, neither too hot nor to cold, is suitable for the growth of edible fungus and vegetables. Furthermore, the highway connecting the company to Chengdu City of Sichuan Province (160 kilometers to the company) has provided the convenience for the traffic. There are five railway stations in the city, and roads are available in all towns (townships). In addition, there are abundant electricity, coals and natural gas. |
